BOOK Refund Policy on the USPP, Third Edition (book). It is my desire to help businesses, particularly small businesses become successful by providing useful information found in the book. So for ONLINE SALES ONLY, there is a thirty (30) day satisfaction guaranty where the online buyer will be refunded the price of the book ($35), but not the $5 shipping cost for the book. This is to recognize and in consideration of online buyers who do not have the opportunity to inspect the book, prior to purchasing. The 30 day clock begins once the book is placed in the mail with the United States Postal System (USPS) as each book is tracked within the USPS. To receive a refund the online buyer must first return the book in salable condition to Phillips Training and Consulting Inc. and after inspection for damages (no writing/marking, highlighting, torn pages or cover, etc.) in/on the book which would render it unsalable, then, if determined to be re-salable, a check will be mailed to the name and address the online buyer provides. If the book is deemed unsalable, no refund will be granted and the book will be returned. NOTE: Refunds, if approved, will not be remitted by re-crediting credit cards, but by the issuance of a refund check. Requests for refunds for sales exceeding 30 days will not be considered. Point of Sales purchases are not eligible for the refund as the buyer has had the opportunity to inspect the book at the point of sale. Thank you.
